Bilingual Pharmaceutical Inside Sales Representative

Department: Integral Rx Sales

Reports To: Director of Integral Rx

Integral Rx is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/ English) speaker, highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of developing and maintaining a customer base within the independent pharmacy, LTC, and regional chain markets. This position requires cold calling an assigned territory to build accounts by offering special sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and working as a team to meet and exceed company goals.

Accountabilities in this role

  • Form long-standing customer relationships with contacts at Pharmacies in assigned territories and create sales growth for Integral Rx
  • Achieve set sales goals and customer contact frequency for the assigned territory
  • Prospect new business through cold calling
  • Conduct quality sales call presentations.
  • Assist customers with any issues that arise promptly
  • Work with cross-functional teams to solve immediate customer needs (payment, tracking information, etc.)
  • Demonstrate positive interactions with customers and team members
  • Maintain the professional reputation and Company brand of Integral RX, as well as Smith Drug Company
  • Daily maintenance of CRM software

Job Requirements

  • Make 50+ calls or 2.5 or more hours of talk time
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask
  • Communication proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Technical capacity, including proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
  • Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in B2B and/or inside sales
  • 2-year Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is desired
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role in Spartanburg, SC. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, administering benefits programs, and supporting various HR functions. Additionally, you will handle recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, and promote a positive workplace culture.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Responsible for onboarding new hires
  • Responsible for tracking FMLA
  • Responsible for workers' comp reporting
  • Responds to employee inquiries, issues, and problems relating to compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, and ensures timely and appropriate action
  • Responsible for the random drug test program
  • Responsible for yearly background check reporting
  • Responsible for Smith events & Smith Gives Back events
  • Assist VP with performance plans and Job descriptions
  • Assist VP with training recommendations for staff development

REQUIREMENTS
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or SPHR certification

SCHEDULE

Second Shift: starts at 4pm and 5pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

Picks product from bins to fill orders for shipment to customers.

KEY RESPONSABILITES
  • Interacts with "Voice Picking Software" to fill shipping orders.
  • Pulls items in specified quantities from shelves at or above expected productivity levels.
  • Puts items into storage as instructed.
  • Verbally verifies that correct items are picked with the correct count, ensuring an accuracy rate at or above expected levels.
  • Checks inventory control and notifies stock control departments of orders that would deplete stock.
  • Secures fragile product in bubble wrap when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must have good listening skills
  • Able to walk consistently throughout the night

Full Time, On-Site, 2nd Shift, Sunday - Thursday
Some part time positions are available on 2nd shift.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working the pick pack line
  • Working on the loading/shipping dock
  • Operating a cherry picker
  • Conducting physical inventory
  • Restocking product
  • Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • You must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • This job is very physically demanding, and includes continuously walking/moving around, squatting, bending, and reaching over your head
  • Able to work quickly in a fast-paced warehouse environment
